Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting coordination, and correspondence. . Prepare and format a variety of documents, reports, and presentations. . Maintain organized filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date. . Communicate efficiently with clients and partners in both Dutch and English. . Coordinate travel arrangements and other logistics for team members. . Assist with special projects and provide support to management as needed. . Work collaboratively with other teams to improve operational efficiency. . Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital collaboration tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated individual capable of working independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordingly. Willingness to participate in a fully paid 3-month training in Greece. Company Location: Spain.
