Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the finance sector.. . Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.. . Maintain a strong knowledge of our financial products and services to better assist customers.. . Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.. . Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.. . . Fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry.. .
