Logistics Customer Service Representative at Remote VA. Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? RemoteVA PH is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between our clients and warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate order processing, routing, and shipping — especially to wholesalers and retailers. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every order is delivered seamlessly.. Key Responsibilities. -Be the main point of contact for assigned clients: handle inquiries and provide real-time updates on orders, inventory, and shipping.. -Coordinate routing of orders to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners — ensuring all compliance and routing guides are followed.. -Monitor and track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and communicate proactively about delays or issues.. -Submit routing requests, schedule carrier pickups, and follow up on shipment status to guarantee on-time deliveries.. -Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping.. -Manage order exceptions such as cancellations, returns, and changes — while keeping clients informed.. -Keep thorough documentation of all client communications, updates, and resolutions.. -Work with the WMS Manager to improve operational processes and service levels.. What We're Looking For. MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE:. -Routing experience with wholesalers (this is a strict requirement).. -Previous experience in a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment.. -Familiarity with retailer compliance standards, routing guides, and shipping procedures.. -Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Extensiv or similar platforms).. SKILLS REQUIRED:. -Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of building lasting client relationships.. -Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).. -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other communication tools.. -Typing Speed: At least 40 WPM (a typing test is required).
