Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend improvements to content strategy. Qualifications. Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, preferably focused on short-form or social media content (required). Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and/or After Effects (required). Strong understanding of short-form content structure, including hooks, pacing, and audience retention. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast turnaround times.
