Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive design excellence, mentor fellow designers, and influence product decisions across the organization. Accountabilities. . Lead the design and delivery of strategic GRC projects with significant customer and organizational impact.. . Conduct customer discovery and research to inform product strategy and design decisions.. . Identify and drive design initiatives with cross-functional and organization-wide influence.. . Mentor and coach other designers, refining concepts and elevating overall design quality.. . Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system aligned with product strategy and quality standards.. . Communicate design solutions effectively, sharing insights and best practices throughout the organization.. . . 8–10+ years of experience delivering B2B SaaS product designs at scale.. .
