Responsibilities:. . Develop, monitor, and manage the cash flow of our SCFI, conducting short-, medium-, and long-term projections to support fundraising decision-making. . . Implement and optimize Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies by analyzing the balance sheet and mitigating financial risks, such as interest rate and liquidity risks. . . Build financial models and scenario projections to identify the impact of economic and market events on cash flow. . . Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and Financial Planning, to align treasury management with the company’s strategic goals. . . Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards related to asset and liability management. . . Prepare and present management reports and performance metrics to senior leadership, offering insights into the company’s liquidity status and overall financial position.. . . Analytical and results-driven profile, with strong data-based decision-making skills;. . Excellent communication and adaptability to change;. . People who enjoy challenging themselves and working in a vibrant, high-impact team;. . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;. . Proven experience in Treasury with a focus on Asset Liability Management (ALM) and cash flow management;. . Deep knowledge of cash flow analysis, liquidity management, and financial risk;. . Experience in financial modeling and scenario forecasting;. . Familiarity with applicable financial regulations;. . Background in banking or financial institution treasury departments.. .
