Maintain and create systems to track deadlines related to retail needs (promotions, new launches, etc.) . Identify and proactively resolve operational issues.. 2. Retail Marketing & Promotions. Support the execution of retail marketing initiatives and promotional calendars. . Coordinate product launches, in-store activations, and seasonal campaigns. . Ensure all retail partners are aligned with brand standards and timelines. . Track promotional performance and provide insights. . 3. Data, Reporting & Systems. Build and maintain dashboards to track wholesale performance and KPIs. . Organize and manage data using Notion and Google Sheets. . Leverage AI tools to streamline retail forms. . Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations. . Qualifications. 2–4 years of experience in wholesale, retail operations, or sales support . Strong understanding of retail marketing and promotional calendars . Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail . Operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Proficiency in Notion, Google Sheets, and dashboard creation . Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows .
