257-2 Project Manager - FOIA & Casepoint Implementation at Stafford Gray. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented . Project Manager.  to lead the implementation of . Casepoint.  and manage . FOIA (Freedom of Information Act).  request workflows. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment of Casepoint’s eDiscovery and FOIA modules, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment across legal, IT, and records management teams.. Key Responsibilities:. . . Lead the implementation.  of Casepoint software, including configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support.. . . Manage FOIA request workflows. , ensuring timely and compliant responses in accordance with federal/state regulations.. . Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.. . Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.. . Coordinate with Casepoint vendor teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.. . Train end-users and develop documentation for FOIA and Casepoint processes.. . Monitor system performance and user adoption post-implementation.. . Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.. . Required Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or related field.. . . 3+ years of project management experience. , preferably in legal tech or public sector environments.. . Proven experience with . FOIA processes.  and . Casepoint.  or similar eDiscovery platforms.. . Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and public records laws.. . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.. . Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).. . Preferred Qualifications:. . PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.. . Experience working with government agencies or legal departments.. . Familiarity with other legal tech platforms (e.g., Relativity, Exterro, OpenGov).. .
