The Business Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between Business Units—including Claims, Product, and Finance—and IT teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects, initiatives, and maintenance work. With a focus on stakeholder collaboration, strategic planning, and operational execution, this position demands a professional with a deep understanding of insurance operations and a strong ability to manage programs that align with organizational goals.. Accountabilities:. ·         Lead program management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards to ensure consistent execution across the organization. ·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify priorities, and ensure effective project execution. ·         Facilitate process reviews to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions that align with business needs. ·         Act as a bridge between Business Units and IT, ensuring the successful implementation of systems and enhancements. ·         Manage the portfolio of initiatives including compliance, discretionary projects, and break/fix ticket prioritization. ·         Maintain alignment of program execution with business strategy, budget, and timeline expectations. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. ·         At least 5 years of progressive experience in program or project management. ·         Extensive experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry, particularly in Claims, Product, or Finance. ·         Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills, with experience gathering and documenting detailed requirements. ·         Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. ·         Lean Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus. ·         Demonstrated leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. ·         Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
