Responsibilities:. . Lead and develop a high-performing team of two professionals, responsible for Direct Tax and Reporting in Brazil, with oversight of satellite operations in the United States and Argentina;. . Oversee direct tax compliance and reporting in Brazil, ensuring coordination with external advisors for the United States and Argentina;. . Prepare and review tax notes for local and consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards;. . Ensure proper ASC 740 tax accounting and SEC disclosures for relevant entities;. . Manage and coordinate intercompany transactions and contracts across local and international entities, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and proper documentation;. . Monitor and support Transfer Pricing compliance for all group entities, coordinating with the dedicated specialist and external advisors, and ensuring alignment with local and international regulations;. . Support tax planning initiatives, including business structuring, tax impact analysis for new operations, and optimization projects such as tax incentives (e.g., Lei do Bem) and tax reform assessments;. . Assist with global income tax audits, liaising with authorities and external advisors;. . Prepare tax-related management reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing clear insights into risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields;. . Minimum of 8 years of experience in direct taxes, with solid knowledge of the Brazilian tax landscape and exposure to international operations;. . Proven experience in international structuring and transfer pricing coordination;. . Previous experience in team leadership;. .
