In this role, you will act as a bridge between data-driven insights and operational excellence, mapping product improvements and supporting complex payment operations. You will be responsible for translating raw data into strategic roadmaps, optimizing costs, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience for our users.. Key Responsibilities. Data Intelligence & Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and transaction success metrics on a daily basis to identify trends and anomalies.. Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep-dive database queries and leverage BI tools to build comprehensive reports and executive presentations that influence product strategy.. Operational Excellence: Oversee reconciliation reports and manage relationships with external payment providers and vendors.. Cost Management: Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses of provider fees to optimize product margins.. Incident & Issue Management: Take ownership of production issues, collaborating closely with Engineering teams to ensure rapid resolution.. Customer Centricity: Analyze user feedback and CX data to identify friction points, improving the end-to-end user journey and response quality.. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation within the payment flow and internal operations to scale efficiency.. Data Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL.. Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Product Analyst, preferably within the Fintech or Payments industry.. Methodology: Strong experience with A/B testing, product tracking (events/logs), and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).. Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.. Autonomy & Leadership: Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, strategically prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure, matrixed environment.. Communication: Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (Tech, CX, Finance, and Legal).. Advanced English or Spanish is a plus.. Company Location: Brazil.
