Community Lead, Therapists at Insight Timer. About the Role. We're looking for a Community Lead to own the community strategy and execution that supports growing our therapist network from 25,000 to 500,000 mental health professionals worldwide. You'll build the programs, events, and partnerships that transform individual therapists into active community members and passionate advocates who naturally introduce their clients to our platform.. This role sits at the intersection of community building, growth strategy, and product feedback. You'll work on a wide range of initiatives from virtual events and online community management to strategic partnerships. You'll work closely with our product team to ensure we're building features therapists actually want, while creating the programs that drive adoption, engagement, and referrals.. About Insight Timer. Imagine a platform which could amplify something as simple as your attendance into deep transformational shifts for humanity. A place where showing up was enough. A place - not a product - which is capable of reversing the modern day health pandemic by harmonising the human spirit before problems arise.
