As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Content Operations Assistant to join us in the Philippines.. Responsibilities include . Manage and action tasks within the Operations inbox, ensuring timely responses and smooth workflow coordination across teams.. Create and maintain brand and offer listings, including new brand onboarding, offer setup, and ongoing updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.. Support the development and upkeep of key operational tools and features, including the verification tool, Premium Brand Hub, and Beans ID consumer groups.. Oversee offer tracking and performance monitoring, ensuring all tracking links and codes function correctly and resolving related issues where needed.. Identify and report platform bugs through the established bug management process, supporting continuous improvement and platform reliability.. A little bit about you..
