This role involves building dashboards, tracking key metrics, conducting experimentation, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Analyze user behavior, purchase patterns, and site engagement to identify friction points and deliver actionable insights.. Support A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis generation, test setup, and post-test analysis.. Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to define tagging requirements and ensure accurate data capture.. Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics tracking solutions using tools such as Power BI, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, and Excel.. Create and deliver regular performance reports covering eCommerce metrics, marketing effectiveness, and customer behavior trends.. Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations and presentations for senior stakeholders.. Support training initiatives to improve stakeholder adoption and effective use of analytics tools and dashboards.. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred).. 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics or eCommerce, ideally within a retail environment.. Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience using analytics and BI tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.. Strong understanding of key eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, AUR, UPT, bounce rate, funnel drop-offs).. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis development, test design, analysis, and results communication..
