Act as an independent contributor within a sprint team, developing, enhancing, and maintaining platform software for avionics applications.. Lead and mentor offshore teams, helping build strengths, address gaps, and foster a collaborative and innovative culture.. Coordinate and communicate effectively with international teams, ensuring alignment on technical objectives and deliverables.. Guide the team on future technologies and maintain high standards of software integrity, ethics, and work quality.. Review design decisions, resolve technical challenges, and implement improvements in software systems.. . 4+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development.. Strong C programming skills and proficiency in Linux shell scripting, Python, and XML.. Deep understanding of system software, binary executables, debug information, and OS concepts.. Experience with RTOS concepts, multicore/multi-threading, and VxWorks.. Knowledge of processor architectures such as ARM and PowerPC.. Expertise in software configuration management and change control processes (DOORS, JAMA, SVN, JIRA, GIT).. Experience with embedded development tools, debuggers, JTAG, Lauterbach, and analyzers.. Familiarity with avionics standards (ARINC 429, ARINC 653), MIL standards, I2C, SPI, DMA, and POSIX is desirable..
