Operations Analyst I at Jenzabar. Jenzabar is looking for a Operations Analyst I to join the Jenzabar team. The Operations Analyst I will also assist with identifying and improving processes to help monitor growth and be able to effectively mentor and train the team’s Operations Associate. . Essential Tasks. . Assist with vendor management including vendor selection and coordination . . Be involved with traditional media placement. . Help prepare presentations, reports, and analysis to provide actionable insights for the Operations Manager and Leadership, both client-facing and internal. . Maintain internal budget tracking and production timeline sheets. . Identify improvements and implement changes to assist with the daily operations. . Mentor and train the Production & Operations Associate. . Take on ad hoc projects as assigned by the Operations Manager. . . Preferred Skills and Experience. . 2+ years of relevant professional experience required. . Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (MBA is a plus). . Experienced user of finance and operations software systems. . Analytical thinker who is adept at financial modeling, setting profitability targets, and implementing operational improvements. . Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Google Sheets. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including presentation skills. . Ability to maintain effective working relationships fellow team members, employees, and management. . Must be organized and detail oriented. . Proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy. . This person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as ability to work collaboratively and independently.. . Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly. . The pay range for this position is $55,000-65,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
