We are looking for a skilled BCBA Virtual Assistant to support clinical operations for an ABA therapy provider focused on helping children reach their full potential.. You will assist licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with administrative and clinical documentation tasks.. Responsibilities. Assist BCBAs with documentation and reports. Organize treatment plans and behavior data. Manage scheduling for therapy sessions. Assist with insurance authorization tracking. Prepare ABA session notes and documentation.
