Finance & Administrative Associate at PERTS. PERTS seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Finance & Administrative Associate to provide temporary coverage during family leave.. PERTS is located in San Francisco, and we have a remote working culture that welcomes candidates from across the U.S.  The role is a part-time temporary position ranging from 15-25 hours per week. The pay range is $38-44/hr (based on experience/education/location), beginning as soon as possible. This position will report to the director of operations. The schedule has some flexibility. We anticipate this temporary position lasting approximately six months. Temporary employees are eligible for wellness time, which is accrued on a prorated basis based on their average hours per week.. The Finance & Administrative Associate will support the PERTS team doing a variety of tasks, that will include some combination of:. . Process and track invoices and payments in accordance with internal financial procedures.. . Review expenditure statements, research and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with accountant, manager, and other team members as needed.. . Manage non-payroll spending allocations including co-managing grant allocations with the director of operations.. . Submit travel and purchase reimbursements for PERTS employees and verify purchasing card/travel card transactions for multiple team members.. . Set up and process honoraria and/or stipends for various organizational purposes.. . Coordinate vendor relationships and logistics, alongside the director of operations.. . Support organization calendaring and event planning.. . Assist the onboarding and offboarding of staff and vendors.. . Own other key organizational projects that require attention to detail and tight organizational skills, as needed.. . Experience in a finance and/or office administrative role.. . Bachelor’s Degree Psychology, Business, Education, or a related field.. .
