In this role, you will be the connective tissue between Apperio and the law firms that support our corporate clients. Your goal is to ensure successful onboarding, high-quality data delivery, and strong working relationships with law firm stakeholders. This role is ideal for an early-career professional.. Key Responsibilities. . Lead onboarding processes for law firms, starting with observation and co-leading, then managing several simultaneously. . Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm contacts across IT and legal leadership. . Configure law firm platforms and curate data for accurate and timely delivery. . Guide law firms through Apperio’s functionality and early adoption. . Troubleshoot data or onboarding issues and collaborate with internal teams to unblock delays. . Continuously improve onboarding processes and educational materials for law firms. . What We’re Looking For. . Bachelor’s degree required. . 2–3 years in a professional services or operations role. . Excellent communication skills with comfort engaging senior stakeholders. . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. . Analytical mindset with the ability to use tools like Excel or SQL (preferred). . A passion for solving complex problems and a growth-oriented mindset. .
