Our Global Publishing Network (GPN) represents dozens of premier international publishers, helping localize and distribute their games across North America and the European Union. We partner with top-tier localizers to bring high-quality games to market, with profits typically shared 50/50. . The GPN Sr. Partner Manager is the primary point of contact for our publishing partners, responsible for onboarding new partners, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving successful business outcomes. This role serves as a vital liaison between our internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project execution, and ongoing collaboration. Ideal candidates will be experienced project managers with strong relationship-building skills and deep knowledge of the tabletop gaming industry. This is a high-visibility, partner-facing role requiring strong initiative, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination. . Responsibilities . Partner Relationship Management . Own and manage relationships with GPN publishing partners, from onboarding through ongoing collaboration. . Serve as the primary contact, ensuring partners receive timely, professional support throughout the lifecycle. . Foster trust and alignment through proactive communication, transparency, and follow-up. . Operational Execution . Oversee and coordinate all partnership activities to ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met. . Work with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing) to advocate for partner needs and ensure successful project management of all opportunities. . Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, project status, and performance metrics. . Ensure smooth quarterly reporting and payment processing in coordination with accounting. . Business Development & Strategy . Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the GPN partner network by bringing in the right clients and the right products for growth. . Support the GPN Sales Team with insight into new and existing opportunities. . Close the feedback loop by regularly relaying market and partner insights back to internal stakeholders as well as externally with partners.  . Attend trade shows and industry events to cultivate relationships and secure new partnerships. . Leadership & Mentorship . Guide and support Junior Partner Managers in their partner management and development efforts. . Share best practices and contribute to building scalable, efficient partner processes. .  . Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. . 5+ years of experience in the board game industry or community. . Proven track record in project management and client-facing roles. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. . Deep knowledge and passion for the tabletop gaming industry. . Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and active listening skills. . Comfortable using G Suite, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools. . Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as French or Polish are a plus. . Passion for educating and empowering partners with industry best practices. . Insight into emerging board game trends and the ability to evaluate their impact. . Company Location: United States.
