Role Overview. : The Paralegal will provide essential support to our lawyers in managing all stages of commercial litigation matters. This includes assisting with document preparation, discovery, court filings, and case organisation to ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling large volumes of documents while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.. Key Responsibilities: . Prepare court books, document bundles, and exhibits for affidavits and witness statements.. Assist with discovery processes, including document review, organisation, and indexing.. Draft and prepare court forms and other legal documents for filing.. Manage electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.. Conduct legal and factual research as required.. Provide general administrative and litigation support to the legal team.. Liaise with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of case materials and submissions.. At least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, with exposure to commercial litigation.. Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures.. Excellent document management and organizational skills.. Proficient in MS Office, Sharepoint and document management systems.. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management..
