This role involves supporting enterprise clients by implementing and integrating advanced application security solutions, providing expert troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth adoption and optimization of a cutting-edge software delivery platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, helping them achieve business goals through deep product knowledge and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with strong experience in AppSec, DevOps, and Kubernetes, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.. Accountabilities:. . Serve as the main technical contact for a portfolio of strategic customers. . Guide clients through onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization of platform usage. . Handle Tier 1–3 support requests, driving fast and effective resolution. . Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide an integrated support experience. . Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and solution guides. . Act as the subject matter expert on platform modules and integrations. . Provide insights and feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the customer journey. . Support on-premise deployments and cloud-native environments, especially on Kubernetes. . . 5+ years of experience in roles such as Customer Success Engineer, Technical Architect, or DevOps Consultant. . Strong background in application security, DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure). . Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments. . Familiarity with platforms like OpenShift, Rancher, or PCF. . In-depth understanding of CI/CD practices, automation, and infrastructure-as-code. . Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly. . Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. . Company Location: United States.
