Responsibilities. ·       Perform thorough underwriting analyses for residential real estate transactions.. ·       Leverage PropStream, NARRPR, Redfin, and Zillow to gather accurate property data, comparable sales, and market insights.. ·       Prepare comprehensive underwriting reports and detailed pro-forma analyses.. ·       Assess market risk, property values, repair estimates, and overall investment viability.. ·       Collaborate closely with asset management and operations teams to maintain accuracy and enhance workflow efficiency.. ·       Stay updated on market conditions and adapt underwriting strategies accordingly.. ·       Offer actionable recommendations based on in-depth property evaluations..
