Respond to customer inquiries related to AI & technology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.. . Provide assistance with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.. . Educate customers about software features, updates, and industry best practices.. . Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system.. . Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.. . Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI & technology to deliver informed support.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.. . Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the technology or AI sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.. .
