eClinicalWorks (eCW) Admin at Remote VA. The eClinicalWorks (eCW) Admin is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, organization, and smooth operation of the eCW system within a healthcare setting. This role provides support to both staff and patients by maintaining up-to-date documentation and schedules, resolving system-related queries, and facilitating virtual patient visits.. Key Responsibilities:. . Maintain and update patient notes and appointment schedules in eClinicalWorks. . . Respond to questions or issues related to eCW from healthcare staff and team members. . . Assist patients with accessing and connecting to video visits through the eCW system. . . Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to telehealth functionality. . . Ensure all eCW entries are accurate and compliant with clinic protocols. . . Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflow in eCW.. . . Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (required). . . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . . Basic technical troubleshooting ability, especially related to video conferencing. . .
