Can you? . Own the T-shirt: This role needs you to have worked in a Fin-Tech/ Financial Services (or as relevant sector) with direct hiring responsibilities for technical people. We need you to demonstrate impressive understanding and engagement within the cyber security space and have a strong knowledge of talent pools and ready to access talent. Talk the Talk: Truly understand the needs and skills of this marketplace and speak accurately and confidently to prospective talent and stakeholders. . Take charge: Be able to guide and encourage a small team of direct resources to build the right talent pools to support next stage engagement. . Be inventive: Proactively support and get involved with resourcing and engaging cyber security talent across multiple sourcing platforms and competently use AI and other power tools to support benchmarking, assessment and selection requirements. How are you researching, tracking niche technical talent to the front door. . Embrace progression: Enjoy sourcing for now and the future. So, a demonstrated ability to build large talent pools and ensure effective communication and a great sourcing candidate journey. . Get creative: Craft great outreach that is relevant to the cyber securities communities in Europe (huge requirement in Nordics, Italy and German countries) and demonstrate an ability to truly engage with great talent. Work with the Head of TA to build and measure effective hiring campaigns. . Take ownership: Be accountable for hiring workflows and proactively filling live vacancies, whilst tracking and measuring information across a CRM/HRIS or ATS. . Drive with data: Be comfortable with being measured and offering accurate reporting and insights to meet individual KPI’s. . Add real value: Be great at stakeholder engagement, be a fantastic advocate of Elements and truly understand and support hiring managers to benchmark talent and provide the right target messaging and hiring outcomes. .
