You'll work closely with OEM partners, end customers, and the Volvo Penta team to ensure industry-leading support throughout the full product lifecycle.. What You Will Be Doing:. . . Strategic Growth. : Develop and implement a clear business plan focused on profitable growth across new engine sales and aftermarket parts & services. . . . Customer Engagement. : Build strong, high-level relationships with new and existing customers, working collaboratively with Volvo Penta’s sales and development teams. . . . Market Insight. : Identify commercial opportunities through regular market analysis and competitor intelligence. . . . Sales & Marketing. : Create tailored customer sales plans and marketing campaigns to capture new business. . . . Technical Leadership. : Support OEMs and end users with technical advice, installation reviews, commissioning, and application engineering. Ensure all installations meet Volvo Penta’s certified standards. . . . Training & Representation. : Deliver product training to OEMs and represent SMT GB at key trade shows and industry events.. .
