As a key player in our customer support team, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. Your proficiency in Slovak will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service possible. Provide remote assistance to customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat. . Guide clients through product inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise. . Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. . Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction. . Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training. . Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while assisting clients. . A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
