Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the Food & Beverage industry.. . Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.. . Assist customers with their orders, product information, and service-related questions.. . Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.. . Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is communicated.. . . Fluent in German (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.. . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.. .
