With your mix of software know-how and communication skills, you’ll guide projects from kickoff to delivery while keeping both clients and the team in sync.. Your responsibilities will include:. . Managing the project team and ensuring effective collaboration with the client;. . Monitoring and controlling ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables;. . Preparing and maintaining project financial reports, including budget tracking and cost control;. . Facilitating clear communication between the team, stakeholders, and clients;. . Identifying risks and resolving issues to keep the projects on track.. . What we’ll need from you:. . . 2+ years of experience. in IT project management (ideally in outsourcing);. . . B2+. level of English (both written and spoken);. . Deep understanding of . software development processes. ;. . Experience with project financial reporting, budget tracking, cost control;. . Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.);. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Will be a plus:. . Experience working in an outsourcing environment;. .
