Mechanical design for . battery cell integration. , enclosures, and electro‑mechanical assemblies.. Create . 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T. , and BOMs for tooling release.. Perform . tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA. , and design robustness activities.. Update designs for . automated assembly. , DFM/DFA, and manufacturing transfer.. Support . prototyping. , on-site builds, suppliers, and international manufacturing partners.. Must‑Have Qualifications. . Engineering degree: . Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace. .. 6+ years. of product design experience.. Experience with . batteries, energy storage, EV, or PCBA packaging. .. Strong CAD skills: . Onshape, NX, SolidWorks. .. PFMEA, PPAP, DFM experience. Advanced English + . valid travel visa. .. Nice‑to‑Have Skills. . Thermal management knowledge.
