In this exciting role, you will be responsible for assisting our Dutch-speaking customers with their beauty and skincare inquiries. Your main tasks will include helping customers with product information, order management, and addressing any questions related to our skincare range. Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.. . Assist customers with product recommendations and usage instructions.. . Manage orders, including order placements, changes, and cancellations.. . Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and courteously.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.. . Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.. . Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry is preferred.. . Strong communication skills with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.. .
