Monitor application health, system logs, and database performance. . Investigate and resolve production incidents and service outages. . Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. . Participate in on-call support for priority incidents and escalations. . Document recurring incidents, known errors, and resolution procedures. . Support schema changes, data integrity matters, and data archival processes. . Communicate incident status, risks, and remediation actions clearly. . Provide user support and technical guidance for operational inquiries. .
