In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to media products and services, ensuring an exceptional user experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries about media and entertainment products, services, and subscriptions via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide detailed information regarding content offerings, billing inquiries, and account management.. . Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to service access and functionality.. . Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups as needed.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and resolve any customer issues.. . Stay informed about new releases, promotions, and trends within the media & entertainment sector.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Prior experience in customer service, especially in the media & entertainment industry, is a plus.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.. . Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for the entertainment field.. . Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work effectively under pressure.. .
