We’re searching for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape experiences that truly matter by blending big‑picture thinking with hands‑on design craft. You’ll partner with product managers and engineers to create solutions that are both impactful and achievable, balancing customer needs with business goals and technical realities. Deliver end-to-end design artefacts: research, concepts, prototypes and UI. . Conduct research and evaluative testing to understand customer needs. . Utilise design practices (personas, journey maps) for a shared customer view. . Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prioritise and deliver solutions. . Balance customer problems, business goals and technical realities for thoughtful experiences. . Contribute to design strategy, defining the long-term experience vision. . Evolve the design system, building reusable patterns and components for consistency. . Support design team culture and processes with a mindset of continuous improvement. . About you. . 7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally in SaaS or modern cloud software. . Skilled across the full design process: discovery, prototyping, iteration and delivery. . Strong visual design and interaction design skills with a keen eye for detail. . Excellent communication and collaboration skills, across stakeholders at all levels. . Comfortable working with ambiguity and making trade‑offs to achieve strategic goals. . Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross‑functional teams. . Strong planning and organisational skills, able to manage timelines independently. . Research and data informed mindset, with the ability to seek and interpret insights to guide design decisions. . Excited about the potential of AI and open to new ways of working. . Familiar with design systems and passionate about contributing to their evolution. .
