Paid Media Project Manager. who can balance campaign execution with smooth project coordination.. About the Role. This is a dual-role opportunity ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of . paid media execution and project management. . You’ll be responsible for building and managing performance campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and similar platforms, while also supporting non-media creative projects by organizing timelines, deliverables, and client communication.. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple digital campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal teams, and delivering exceptional results for clients in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.. Key Responsibilities. . Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. . . Create basic reports and help interpret performance data to identify growth opportunities. . . Lead internal coordination for both paid media and non-media campaigns using tools like Trello or ClickUp. . . Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and client service teams to ensure all deliverables are on track. . . Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations. . . Support in documenting project timelines, scopes, and asset needs. . . Participate in internal meetings to identify process improvements and share campaign insights. . . . 3+ years of experience in paid media (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and project management. . . Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns. . . Strong communication and coordination skills in . fluent English. (written and verbal). . . Proficiency in Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar PM tools. . . A proactive and solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail. . . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. . . Based in Latin America and available to work . full-time in Eastern Time (ET). .. . Nice to Have. . Experience working with clients in the . non-profit or healthcare. sectors. . . Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio). . .
