Operations Coordinator . to partner with one of our clients, a fast-growing company in the food manufacturing and CPG space whose products are stocked by leading retailers across the country.. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, excels at process coordination, and has a strong attention to detail. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing backend operations, from order fulfillment and inventory updates to vendor coordination and raw material procurement. You’ll also support key projects related to logistics, documentation, and systems improvement.. Accountability. As an Operations Coordinator, your success will be defined by your ability to keep the company’s backend operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage large-scale orders, communicate with suppliers and warehouse teams, and ensure data integrity across systems. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Order Management & Fulfillment. . Coordinate B2B order scheduling (pallet-level) with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.. . Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and shipments.. . Finalize and push shipping documentation in Oracle NetSuite, or other similar platforms, and ensure all records are properly tracked.. . Monitor open orders and flag or troubleshoot delays in real time.. . Procurement & Inventory Support. . Maintain updated records of raw material needs and ingredient availability.. . Place and track purchase orders for packaging and other inventory inputs.. . Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and coordinate proactively around stock needs.. . Systems & Workflow Execution. . Operate efficiently within Oracle NetSuite (or similar ERP tools) to maintain records of inventory, procurement, and shipping.. . Execute backend workflows with consistency and diligence.. . Support occasional SOP drafting and process documentation to improve internal workflows.. . Cross-Functional Coordination. . Serve as a reliable support system for the broader operations team, reallocating tasks and jumping in where needed.. . Collaborate directly with the CEO and operations teams on high-priority, time-sensitive requests.. . Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and propose practical improvements based on day-to-day insight.. . Colleagues. Your primary collaboration will be with the internal operations team, including the CEO, and external stakeholders like warehouse teams, 3PL providers, and ingredient suppliers.. Process Execution. : A structured and detail-oriented approach to managing backend workflows, timelines, and documentation.. . . Vendor Coordination:.
