Paralegal at Staff4Me. We are looking Paralegal who will involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including SaaS, subscription, licensing, and service contracts. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and ensure legal compliance in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.. Responsibilities . • Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, subscription, licensing, and service agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, product, compliance) to meet legal requirements. • Manage contract workflows, ensuring timely execution and proper document retention. • Coordinate with external counsel on complex or customized SaaS contracts. • Monitor contractual obligations such as renewals, deliverables, and compliance deadlines. • Provide ad hoc legal support on SaaS-related matters (NDAs, vendor agreements, DPAs). • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external . stakeholders. • . Paralegal certification or equivalent legal operations experience. • Proven experience drafting and negotiating SaaS or software . licensing agreements. • Strong understanding of SaaS contract terms: service levels, data . protection, indemnities, termination, usage rights. • Familiarity with cloud-based contracts, subscription billing models, . and enterprise procurement terms.
