To own client relationships end-to-end, coordinate the internal team of bookkeepers and analysts, and ensure financial deliverables are accurate, timely, and client-ready. This is a leadership role at the intersection of client success, financial management, and operational excellence.. Key Responsibilities:. ●          Serve as the . primary client liaison. , managing expectations, relationship health, and proactive risk escalation.. ●          Represent the company professionally in all client and external forums.. ●          . Oversee monthly/quarterly financial close. and the production of accurate, audit-ready financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).. ●          Perform . Quality Control (QC). on all bookkeeping outputs and ensure the on-time delivery of polished, executive-level management reports.. ●          Lead and coordinate the internal bookkeeping and analyst teams, running standups and balancing workloads.. ●          Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, tasks, and . Experience:. ●       5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or operations, including team management.. ●       Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering financial services.. ●       .
