Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general service issues.. . Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.. . Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.. .
