
Sourcing Specialist/ Junior Recruiter (Contract) (Remote in Philippines) at Power Factors. Job Summary. We are looking for a Sourcer/Screener will support the recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential candidates for open positions. This role involves proactive sourcing, resume screening, and initial candidate assessments to build a strong talent pipeline.. Key Responsibilities. . Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.. . Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, etc.).. . Screen resumes to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.. . Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, availability, and interest.. . Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM).. . Provide timely feedback to recruiters on candidate pipelines.. . Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.. . Qualifications. . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).. . 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.. . Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. .
