The role involves close collaboration across customer success, product, and engineering teams, and requires both technical depth and strong communication skills. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic clients, overseeing the deployment, configuration, and optimization of cybersecurity solutions.. . Translate customer security needs into effective technical strategies while aligning with business objectives.. . Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure customer satisfaction and solution effectiveness.. . Support customers during security incidents and coordinate with the Security Operations Center to resolve complex issues.. . Provide technical guidance on threat intelligence, incident response, and platform best practices to maximize customer value.. . Lead regular technical reviews and participate in strategic planning sessions and Quarterly Service Reviews.. . Deliver training, documentation, and workshops to build customer awareness of product capabilities and emerging threats.. . Track and report on system metrics, detection efficacy, and recommend improvements to enhance security performance.. . . Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical account management, cybersecurity engineering, or support within the cybersecurity industry.. . Strong knowledge of MDR services, incident response, and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO 27001.. . Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, and firewalls.. . Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+) are an asset.. .
