Manage incoming customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat.. . Provide accurate information and solutions regarding product inquiries, orders, and shipping statuses.. . Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with products and services offered.. . Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions and transactions to ensure service quality.. . Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.. . Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes and workflows.. . Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.. . . Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written.. .
