We’re looking for a . Senior Business Analyst. to join our team and contribute to the integration aspects of our large-scale Guidewire project. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business analysis, strong communication skills, and Guidewire certification. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and support agile delivery processes within the integration track.. Key Responsibilities:. . Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical teams . . Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration needs and workflows . . Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementations . . Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams . . Proactively identify issues and recommend process improvements . . Support testing and validation efforts related to integrations . . Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle . . Required Skills & Experience:. . 8–10 years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst . . Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) . . . Guidewire Associate Certification. in . PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter. (mandatory) . . Proven track record in agile environments (user story creation, backlog grooming, sprint planning) . . Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills . . Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes . . Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player . . Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):. .
