Support and lead initiatives to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR), including upsell, cross-sell, churn mitigation, and enterprise price optimization.. . Execute strategic renewal negotiations and price uplift programs, building playbooks and processes for repeatable success.. . Partner with go-to-market teams to launch new products, evaluate cross-sell opportunities, and create actionable business cases.. . Collaborate on analytical pricing projects using transactional datasets to design, iterate, and implement new pricing models.. . Contribute to acquisition due diligence and post-closing integration related to pricing, upsell, and churn management.. . Identify and implement process improvements for renewal operations, scaling, and standardization across sales and customer success teams.. . Monitor revenue trends and design mitigation strategies to address churn and downsell.. . . Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B software, management consulting, corporate law, technology-focused investment banking, or private equity.. . MBA or JD (completed or in progress), or equivalent hands-on operational experience.. . Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, P&L management, and data-driven decision-making.. .
