We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to lead and deliver critical technical initiatives in a fast-growing enterprise cybersecurity environment. Accountabilities. ·         Lead architecture design and technical specifications to ensure scalability, maintainability, and high performance.. ·         Develop and maintain robust, scalable services and REST APIs, taking ownership from coding to deployment and maintenance.. ·         Perform thorough code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering best practices.. ·         Mentor senior engineers, provide guidance, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.. ·         Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into production-ready solutions.. ·         Drive engineering standards and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and with high technical quality.. ·         8+ years of software development experience with leadership in large-scale, distributed systems.. ·         Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).. ·         Experience with Python 3 service development frameworks (FastAPI, Flask), data modeling (Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic), and testing (Pytest) on AWS.. ·         Strong expertise designing, implementing, and operating REST APIs at scale.. ·         Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including schema design and migration management.. ·         Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, ECS, EKS) and containerized deployments.. ·         Familiarity with software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.. ·         Experience leading engineering projects, managing resources, and meeting delivery deadlines.. ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team collaboration.. ·         Some experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including standard patterns (Agents, RAG, Tools) and frameworks.. .
