We are actively seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered therapy via a fully remote telehealth platform. This position allows you to create your own schedule, work from anywhere within California, and focus on what you do best — helping individuals, couples, and families thrive.. What You’ll Do: . . Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions using a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.. . Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families managing a range of mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, etc.).. . Complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.. . Collaborate with internal care teams and refer clients to additional resources as needed.. . Attend virtual team meetings, peer consultations, and continuing education opportunities as required.. . Maintain professional standards of ethics and care in accordance with California BBS regulations.. . Active LMFT license in the state of California (Required).. . Must reside in California and be authorized to work in the U.S.. . Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.. . Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (pre-licensed therapists not eligible for this role).. . Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competency in treatment approaches.. . Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation.. .
