Key Responsibilities:. Campaign Performance Analysis. . Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness using key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI, etc.). . . Conduct . Post Campaign Analysis (PCA). to evaluate impact, uncover trends, and recommend improvements. . . Identify what’s working, what’s not, and why—through . Root Cause Analysis (RCA). techniques. . . Data Handling & BI Reporting. . Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). . . Develop SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases for campaign and customer analytics. . . Use . Excel. for quick data exploration, modeling, and presentation where appropriate. . . Cross-functional Collaboration. . Work closely with CRM, marketing, product, tech, and data teams to align campaign goals and define KPIs. . . Partner with loyalty and retention teams to analyze the performance of customer engagement programs. . . Provide insights that influence targeting, segmentation, personalization, and timing of future campaigns. . . Data-Driven Decision Support. . Enable teams to make better decisions by providing insights backed by data and evidence. . . Identify patterns and trends in customer behavior to optimize communication strategies and campaign design. . . Proactively identify anomalies and performance deviations and propose actionable solutions. . . Continuous Improvement. . Improve campaign performance measurement frameworks by automating reporting and insight generation. . . Contribute to building data pipelines and analytics processes that improve operational efficiency and scalability. . . Key Qualifications:. . 5–7 years of experience in roles such as . CRM Analyst, Campaign Manager, Loyalty Consultant, or Marketing Operations Analyst. . . . Strong SQL skills – able to write, optimize, and debug complex queries across large datasets. . . Hands-on expertise in at least one modern . BI tool. (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). . . Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts. . . Experience in . Post Campaign Analysis. , . Root Cause Analysis. , and customer segmentation techniques. . . Strong understanding of campaign lifecycles, marketing KPIs, and performance attribution. . . Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders. . .
