We are currently looking for a Director of Sales Enablement, Enterprise in the United States.. As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will drive the intersection of complex product knowledge and sales excellence in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. You will equip sales teams with the tools, training, and technical expertise needed to deliver high-impact, value-driven demos that accelerate deal closing. This role blends strategic planning, hands-on coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sales reps understand and articulate sophisticated solutions effectively. You will influence sales performance directly by designing and implementing enablement programs, refining demo workflows, and providing ongoing guidance. With a focus on technical mastery, product launch support, and live coaching, you will empower teams to consistently achieve targets and elevate the customer experience.. . Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Master complex product functionality across AI, RCM, and EHR solutions and become the go-to technical resource for the sales organization.. . Design, develop, and deliver demo scripts, flows, and best practices tailored to different personas and product verticals.. . Lead live and virtual enablement sessions, workshops, and roleplays to train sales teams in technical demonstrations.. . Identify friction points in the sales process and build targeted solutions to improve performance and conversion rates.. . Partner with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure sales readiness during product launches and feature rollouts.. . Develop segmented go-to-market enablement strategies and provide hands-on coaching to maximize team effectiveness.. . Collect feedback and analyze performance data to iterate on training content and improve overall sales outcomes.. . To excel in this role, you should have:. . 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, demo enablement, or technical sales training (B2B SaaS experience required; healthcare experience a plus).. . Proven ability to build and scale demo-centric training programs.. . Deep technical product intuition and confidence delivering live product demos.. . Strong facilitation skills for workshops, live trainings, and virtual sessions.. . Ability to coach and collaborate effectively with diverse sales roles, including technical and non-traditional sellers.. . Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate with urgency and precision.. . Nice to have: background in healthcare IT, RCM, or EHR sales; familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar methodologies; experience managing enablement teams; certification in instructional design, learning & development, or sales enablement.. .
