Your fluency in one or more of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) will be instrumental in helping clients navigate booking processes, resolve inquiries, and manage special requests with confidence and ease.. Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding customer service in Nordic languages through phone, email, and chat for hotel reservations. . Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. . Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Coordinate with hotel partners to ensure high service standards are met. . Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and offerings. . Stay updated on hotel promotions, offerings, and travel trends. . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Icelandic or Danish) and English, with excellent communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or travel, is preferred. Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. A genuine passion for travel and hospitality, committed to creating positive customer experiences. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
